The MTA wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund for product purchases.  Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. In the event your order arrives damaged or you need to return/exchange an item, please review the information below.

So the MTA can make an exchange or process your refund as quickly and efficiently as possible, we ask that you let us know why you are returning an item.  A handy check-list is accessible below.  To use it, simply print out this page, check off the reasons that apply, and include a copy with your return.  Don't forget to include your receipt or a copy of your receipt.

How To Return An Item
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.*

For your protection, return the product via:

U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured
UPS, prepaid and insured

Retain your UPS or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, refund, or a replacement.

* It's very important that your package returns as securely as possible to avoid any damage to the product.  The returned package(s) should be prepaid and insured for your protection.  Unfortunately, credits will not be issued for merchandise which is damaged due to improper packing.  Sorry, the MTA can not accept any C.O.D.'s.
